Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE)

SWUFE (Southwestern University of Finance and Economics) is one of the premier universities of finance and economics in China. It is one of the top 100 universities in the nation’s 211 Project, a national initiative to build 100 first-class universities in the 21st century.

The University boasts a strong faculty of scholarly excellence and professional dedication. Added to this is the classic campus setting, situated in Chengdu, a beautiful city of fine culture and long history plus being in the vicinity of Du Fu Thatched Cottage, residence of a prominent poet in Tang Dynasty.

Members of teaching/research, library, administration, and supportive faculties number more than 1400, among who 160 professors, over 270 associate professors, and near 100 doctor supervisors. The University is proud to have Liu Shibai, Zeng Kanglin, He Zerong, Zhao Guoliang, Jiang Mingxin and many other nation-wide renowned economists and management experts in its faculty. Moreover, more than 400 prominent economists, bankers, and senior corporate executives are invited to serve as professors emeritus.

Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE) has 1 campus: Guanghua Campus . The accommodation fee range is from 14.00 Per Person Per Month to 800.00 Per Person Per Month. Located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, Southweastern University of Finance and Economics is consisted of two campuses, one is Guanghua Campus, and the other is Liulin Campus. Apartments in GuangHua Campus are for Language students. Shensiyuan in Liulin Campus is only for Degree students. -Book in advance for degree students, dormitories are limited. -To rent off the campus is allowed. (Off campus apartment: Two bedrooms with furniture: 1800-3200 per month. ) -24 hours check-in service and reception service. -About 5 days moving in before registration is allowed. -Registration should be done before checked in, you can check in before registration (such as non-working time)under special circumstances. -Payment methods for tuition fee and other fees: Cash, UnionPay card. -Water is free; 30 KWH free electricity usages per room per month.
