Shanghai Maritime University (SMU)

Early in 1909 in the late Qing Dynasty, Shanghai Maritime University (SMU) came into being as the Shipping Section of the Shanghai Industrial College under the Ministry of Post and Communications. It is known as the “cradle of the international shipping specialties”. Engineering, Management and Economics are the available programs there.
