Liaoning Communication University, located in Shenyang city, which is the capital city of Liaoning Province and is one of the largest cities of China. Shenyang is also the center of economy, culture, transportation and business activities in the northeastern part of China. Shenyang city has also been enlisted as one of the top ten most competitive cities of China. LNCU covers an area of approximately 1,300 acres, and currently more than 8,000 students are enrolled in LNCU. LNCU is one of the six communication universities in China.

2. Passport-sized photo
A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.
3. Graduation certificate of high school
Graduation certificate should be in Chinese or English.If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized.
4. Academic transcript of high school
5. English proficiency test certificate
For example, IELTS or TOEFL, only for applicant whose native language is not English.
Master Degree

Doctoral Degree

4. Transcript of postgraduate school
5. Health certificate(optional)
Photocopy of physical examination record.
6. Two recommendation letters(optional)
From professor,associate professor or equivalents.
7. Certificate of English proficiency test
IELTS or TOEFl will only be required if the applicant is not a native English speaker.
8. Financial guarantee letter
Photocopy of the signatured financial guarantee letter from his/her financial guarantor to prove their solvency.
