China Youth University for Political Sciences

Established in December of 1985 on the basis of the Central School of China Communist Youth League (CCYL), China Youth University for Political Sciences (CYUPS) is an institute of higher education affiliated with the Central Committee of China Communist Youth League. Today, CYUPS takes up the responsibilities of offering regular higher education programs and providing training courses for youth leaders. Mr. Qin Yizhi, the incumbent Secretary General of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, is the current President, while Dr. Ni Bangwen is the Chairman of Univerisity Council and Dr. Wang Xinqing is the Executive Vice-president and legal representative.

Graduation certificate of high school Graduation certificate should be in Chinese or English.If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized. 4. Academic transcript of high school 5. English proficiency test certificate For example, IELTS or TOEFL, only for applicant whose native language is not English. Master Degree 1.A passport-sized photo 2.Copy of passport (the photo page) 3.Copy of your bachelor degree transcript (Notarized English translation if applicable ) 4.Copy of your bachelor degree certificate (Notarized English translation if applicable ) 5.English language proficiency certificate (non-English speaking countries) 6.non-criminal record or working proof (for non-fresh graduate) 7.study plan 8.two recommendation letters Doctoral Degree 1.  Photocopy of valid passport With photo, passport number &expiration date and name included. 2.  Passport-sized photo A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant. 3.  Master's degree diploma Graduation certificate should be in Chinese or English.If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized. 4.   Transcript of postgraduate school 5.  Health certificate(optional) Photocopy of physical examination record. 6.   Two recommendation letters(optional) From professor,associate professor or equivalents. 7.  Certificate of English proficiency test IELTS or TOEFl will only be required if the applicant is not a native English speaker. 8.  Financial guarantee letter Photocopy of the signatured financial guarantee letter from his/her financial guarantor to prove their solvency.
