If you are not sure about one or more of them, don’t worry, just tell your GCS advisor about your doubts, and your advisor will recommend the most suitable university and city for you based on your actual situation, so as to improve admission probability, and even scholarship opportunities.

GCS Service Fee Structure

1 Basic Application Fee

  The basic application fee is usually $120-150, and may vary depending on the university.

2 Enhanced Application S1

  Strengthening the S1 application service is for one or two situations in which the applicant is too old, the English certification documents are not complete, the high school or undergraduate GPA is not good, the application processing time is late and the deadline is approaching, and the remaining seats in the university are tight. For services, applicants can apply for up to 3 universities, and the service fee is usually $500-8000.

3 Enhanced Application S2

  Strengthening the application for S2 service is a special service launched by GCS for three to four situations, such as the applicant’s own age, lack of English certification documents, poor high school or undergraduate GPA, late application processing time and close to the deadline, and shortage of remaining seats in the university. , applicants can apply for up to 5 universities at the same time, and the service fee is usually $900-1500.

4 1v1 ONE-Stop Application Service

  1v1 one-stop application service According to the applicant’s situation, GCS will specially arrange a consultant to be responsible for the whole process. During the service period, the consultant will not be arranged to handle the application services of other applicants, and only serve one applicant. From career planning to course selection, university and city selection, admission application, scholarship application, visa application form processing, air ticket ordering, landing pick-up, admission processing, personal insurance, etc., are all planned by consultants. The service usually costs $2000-4000.

Refund Policy

For applicants who choose the basic application service, if they are rejected by the university and give up their application, the basic service fee will not be refunded, but GCS will reserve the opportunity for the applicant to apply to another university for free. This opportunity can only be used once and can be transferred. Valid for one year from the payment date.

For applicants who choose to enhance the application service, if they are not admitted in the end or the applicant gives up the application halfway, GCS will refund the service fee (only the basic application fee of $120 will be deducted).

For applicants who choose 1v1 one-stop application service, if they fail to get admission or give up the application, GCS will refund the service fee (only $120 basic application fee + 5% service fee will be deducted).

GCS will not refund the fee in the following cases:

1 GCS gives the applicant a university admission, but the applicant gives up coming to China;

2 After GCS gives the applicant admission to the university, the applicant fails to change the application goal;

3 The applicant’s basic materials are false;

4. The applicant cannot register for admission due to problems in the physical examination after registration in China;

5. The applicant cannot continue to study abroad due to other problems after registration in China;
